Driven to Care Grants
Driven to Care Grants
The Driven to Care regional philanthropy program improves the quality of lives in the Discount Tire regions across the country. The Driven to Care program was founded in 2005 thanks to the generosity and vision of Mr. and Mrs. Halle, who wanted to give back in a meaningful way to the people and places that support Discount Tire. The wives of Discount Tire regional executives, a tireless, passionately committed group of women, support collaboration in their local communities to increase the impact of this charitable endeavor.
These dedicated women, Driven to Care Ambassadors, have been actively working together and volunteering their time by making grants to charitable organizations that make a difference in their communities. Since its inception, the Driven to Care program has granted over $10.5 million dollars to many deserving organizations throughout the United States, addressing important local needs such as homelessness, food banks, and children’s health and welfare issues.
